Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent major.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in brand management or a similar role, preferably in FMCG industry.
3. Experience in market research, product development and advertising.
4. Strong analytical and communication skill.
5. Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
6. Ability to lead and drive team and work collaboratively with cross-function department.
7. Experience handling beauty brand promotion or having a broad knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Indonesia and English language.
9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
