• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Managerial Level at FMCG/Beauty Industry.
• Experience in leading both online and offline campaigns.
In-depth understanding of beauty/personal care trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, with a passion for beauty.
• Strong marketing skills to develop effective product marketing strategies and campaigns.
• High level of passion for the beauty/personal care category, with familiarity in the latest marketing trends.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Leadership skills, including team management and excellent communication.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
