Need employee for position :

Building Maintenance Planning Supervisor
Placement : Head Office Jakarta Pusat

Responsibility :
Create Job Planning for maintenance CME, HVAC and other building facilities.
Monitoring and check technician team for Maintenance work, repairs and work order are done in accordance with schedules and procedures.
Monitoring building tools and equipment building.
Monitoring and check Building Maintenance Progress running as per planning.
Monitoring and control material fast moving available.
Manage and monitoring budget for maintenance, repair, operational, electrical and water for HO and all branch.

Requirement :
Minimum educational D3/S1 Mechanical Engineer, Electrical engineer or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
Good knowledge about CME, HVAC, RAB, Drawing (AutoCad), Maintaining High Rise Building and Fire alarm system.
Proficient at Microsoft Office.
Good leadership, service oriented, problem solving and fast responsive.
