Job Description :

1. Formulate and execute business strategies to meet financial goals.
2. Strategically manage and grow the assigned brand within the Sagala portfolio.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand performance.
5. Monitor financial performance, optimizing budgets and resources for maximum efficiency.
6. Lead the brand's marketing, promotional activities, and partnership development.
7. Facilitate team development and performance without direct involvement in day-to-day operations.
8. Regularly report on brand progress and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role within the F&B industry.
3. Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
4. Strong analytical skills with a focus on market trends and financial analysis.
5. Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
6. Proficient in strategic planning and project management.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Driven, with a keen eye for optimizing brand performance without the need for daily operational involvement.
