1. Collect data from different sources related to business processes to support analysis and recommendations.

2. Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

3. Identify bottlenecks or problems in business processes, analyze root causes, and

formulate solutions to understand the scope of improvement.

4. Collaborate with relevant parties in implementing improvements to business processes to increase work efficiency and effectiveness.

requirements:

1.D3/S1/S2 graduates in industrial engineering, management, or other related majors.

2. Experience in process improvement projects is a plus.

3. Skills in project management, business analysis, and data analysis are preferred.
