Persyaratan :
Job Description
Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches including social networks, marketplace sites, etc.
Handling communications & negotiations with potential affiliates
Analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase agents acquisitions.
Suggest new ways to improve affiliate programs and paid campaigns, come up with new strategies through intensive research, competitive analysis, and data acquisition & analysis.
Familiar with E-commerce dashboard such as Shopee,
Tokopedia, Lazada, and Tiktok
Maintain relationship with affiliates partner
Understand end to end to create, visualize, and interpret the data for daily basis
Qualification
Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year working in E-commerce fields
Have minimum 1 year experience in handling Affiliate will be preferred Graduate from Business, Management, Marketing, PR or related fields will be preferred
Able to use Google workspace (especially Google sheets and slides) for daily basis
Talkative and communicative person
Competent or understand in affiliate revenue share/CPA/Ad network.
Capable to offer the best negotiation
Strong branding strategy.
Eager to learn new things in fast paced environment
