If you're:
1. Have min. 3 years of experience in Store Development/Expansion/Project Management/Site Acquisition (preferably in the retail industry).
2. Strong understanding of store development/Expansion strategies, layout planning, and location analysis.
3. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data.
5. Excellent communication skills (negotiation) and the ability to interact with various parties, including contractors and vendors.
6. Good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
