Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Economics.
At least have 1-3 years of working experience as an HC Generalist, HCIS, or HC Admin.
Have good knowledge about compensation, benefits, and payroll.
Have experience using Talenta (by Mekari), Odoo, Edabu, SIPP, etc.
Have certifications in HC will be preferred.
Job Descriptions:
1. Maintain and manage overall employee data in the Human Capital Information System (HCIS).
2. Handle administration related to employee benefits (health insurance, welfare programs, and BPJS).
3. Monitor and manage data on employee attendance, leave, permits, and overtime.
4. Process and ensure the payroll process runs smoothly and accurately.
5. Provide administrative support in terms of employee relations man management including related forms.
6. Manage all administration documents of HCGA (such as employment contracts, employee data, performance records, and related documents).
