𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;
2. Proven experience in payroll administration, compensation and benefits management, and HRIS administration.
3. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Able to join ASAP

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 :

1. Administer all the process of employee compensation and benefits.
2. Handle inquiries and provide guidance to employees regarding compensation and benefits matters.
3. Manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data for Operational Employees.
4. Other responsibilities as needed.
