REQUIREMENTS:

1.⁠ ⁠Female or Male, 26 - 32 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related field
2.⁠ ⁠Minimal 2 years in General Human Resources role
3.⁠ ⁠Having good analytical thinking
4.⁠ ⁠Understanding of labor laws and regulations
5.⁠ ⁠Good communication and problem-solving skills
6.⁠ ⁠Ability to handle employee issues and conflicts
7.⁠ ⁠Familiarity with training, and benefits administration
8.⁠ ⁠Proficiency in HR software and computer skills

JOBDESC:

1.⁠ ⁠Handle the recruitment and selection process for new employees, including creating job advertisements, interviewing candidates, and providing recommendations for hiring
2.⁠ ⁠⁠Organize and facilitate onboarding programs for new employees, including the provision of basic information and training on company culture, policies, and procedures
3.⁠ ⁠⁠Evaluate and manage employee performance, including providing feedback, developing performance improvement plans, and conducting performance appraisals
4.⁠ ⁠⁠Manage payroll systems, and compensantion & benefit, including designing and managing incentive programs, bonuses, and salary increases
5.⁠ ⁠⁠Manage and maintain employee records, including personal information, performance, and employment-related documentation
