Job Vacancy: HR Generalist Staff
Qualifications:
- Having experiences for handling Recruitment Process or experienced as HR Generalist at least 1 year
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English is a must
- Having experiences and good knowledge in HR field in General
- Having knowledge of employee’s compensation and benefit in general
- Attention to detail and organization skill
Job description :
- End to end Recruitment Process
- Resume selection, invite, and scheduling candidates
- Candidate interview & Interview Assessment
- Issuing Offering Letter
- Medical Check-Up & Psychological test for candidate
- Personnel Information data collection
- Managing good internal coordination with related Departments for new employee on-boarding
- Issuing Employment Agreement (PKWT, PKWTT)
- New employee on-boarding
- Responsible in making a good entry in HR system (HRIS and Evaluation System) for new employees’ information
- Responsible in managing employment agreement and reporting to HR Supervisor
- Responsible in maintaining employees’ Personnel Data
- Managing employee benefit
>BPJS kesehatan and report to HR Supervisor
- Employees’ Training & Development
- Helping HR Supervisor in preparation of Employees’ Training & Development
- Responsible in making a good record of Employees’ Training & Development and report to HR Supervisor.
