Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree in Psychology.
2. Able to speak mandarin would be advantage.
3. ⁠1-2 years of experience specifically in recruitment with a focus on hiring and onboarding.
4. Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

Jobdescripstion:
1.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless & positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
2. ⁠Manage work related to HR Administration such as employee contracts, leave, notification letters, BPJS, and others.
4. ⁠Prepare the required documents (Warning Letter, SOP, Internal Memo, etc.)
5. ⁠Managing employee engagement and workplace communication.
6. ⁠Conducting reports, discussions, and collaborate with the HR Team
