Lowongan Kerja PERSOLKELLY Indonesia assisting one of our clients, an Automotive Manufacture Company that looking for HR Staff. The location is in Cikarang.

Requirements:
1. Diploma/S1 from Psychology, Law, or HR Management.
2. Have working experience at Japanese Manufacturing Company as HR staff min 2 years.
3. Have experience to handling recruitment process from selecting, interview, offering and hiring.
4. Have basic knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan and ketenagakerjaan.
5. Have basic knowledge of labour law and related regulation.
6. Have experience to do training for employee.
7. Excellent knowledge of Excel  (V Lookup, pipot table and so on) in order to make date.
8. Understand HORENSO (Japanese style of reporting, contacting, and consultation).
