Job Description :

1. Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and operational teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity and brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
2. Lead and inspire the creative team to develop engaging. Innovative visual strategies for our brands.
3. Direct and oversee all aspects of graphic design, from conceptualization to execution, including digital media, print materials, and brand collateral.
4. Manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high quality, timely delivery within budget constraints.
5. Analyze trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to inform and innovate creative strategies.
6. Oversee the selection of external vendors and creative partners, managing relationships and contracts to ensure the highest quality of outsourced creative work.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
2. At least 5 years of experience in creative design.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects, including branding, advertising, and digital media.
4. Expertise in visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
6. A creative thinker with the ability to translate strategic goals into innovative design solutions.
7. Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous but not required.
