Job Description
- Responsible for handling non-motorcycle insurance claims (marine cargo, property, fire, etc.)
- Conducting analysis, surveys, and coordinating claim submissions with customers and other related parties
- Supervise the submission of non-motorcycle insurance claims from the time of submission to completion
- Assist in handling the administrative process of submitting non-motor insurance claims

Requirement
- Minimum S1 education in all majors (preferably Civil Engineering/Industrial Engineering)
- Have a minimum of 2 year experience in Non MV Claim department
- Service and solution orientation
- Willing to do business trips related to claim surveys etc. to all related locations (inside and outside the city)
- Critical in analysis
- Ability to work within and across teams. 
- Ability to operate a Microsoft Office (such as: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, etc.)
- Good communicative
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (at least passive)
