Qualification :
- Education background majoring Computer, Telecommunication (Min : SMK, D3/S1 Welcome to apply)
- Have minimal 2 years experiences as the same field

Job Description:
- Network Monitoring 7x24 (Shifting)
- Checking alarms if there is trouble in the Internal Backbone Network
- As a Helpdesk that receives complaints, analyzes problems, solves problems by observing Customer SLA & MTTR.
- Coordinate with internal & external teams for problem execution.
- Create a trouble ticket Customer in the system.
- Recapitulate double ticket data
