Job Description :

1. Develop, implement, and monitor talent and performance management programs that align with our business goals and promote high performance among employees.
2. Analyze performance metrics and employee feedback to identify trends, address issues, and capitalize on opportunities to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with department leaders to design and deliver targeted development programs and workshops aimed at enhancing skillsets and leadership capabilities.
4. Develop strategies for talent identification and succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and support career progression.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning by implementing innovative talent management practices and performance enhancement initiatives.
6. Conduct regular reviews of the talent management process and make recommendations for improvements to align with evolving business needs.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
2. Proven experience in Talent Management and Performance Management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
3. Strong understanding of best practices in talent development, performance metrics, and employee engagement strategies.
4. Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and metrics to derive actionable insights.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
6. Experience designing and facilitating employee development programs.
