Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or related major.
2. At least have 2 years of working experience as People & Organization Development
3. Have working experience in Holding Companies / Construction / Property / Mining / Oil & Gas Industry will be preferred.

Job Descriptions:

1. Identify and map potential talents in the organization.

2. Design and implement employee development programs and plans.

3. Ensure that company values and culture are linked to resources relevant and implemented consistently throughout the organization.

4. Assists in managing, and facilitating organizational change.

5. Assist in establishing and implementing performance appraisal processes, as well as identifying ways to improve productivity and performance across the organization.

6. Increase employee engagement, and increase job satisfaction.

7. Ensure the availability of human resource planning in the organization on an annual basis and ensure compliance with the implementation of the human resource plan.
