Job Description:

Responsible for conducting, controlling, and supervising the procurement of goods and services

Planning and managing the estimated quantity of goods to be purchased

Checking the completeness of goods and services procurement documents accompanied by supporting evidence

Make reports on the procurement of goods and services

Supervise the process of negotiating contracts with suppliers in each purchase transaction
