Lowongan Kerja Senior HR Staff

PT Rimau Jaya Investama is a company engaging Industrial Park to establish a complete lithium battery industry chain that relies on green and clean energy, aiming to create an integrated industrial chain from resource development to full lithium battery materials.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior HR Staff to join our team in North Petojo, Central Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
2. Manage payroll and PPh 21 tax calculation.
3. Maintain employee database.
4. Support other ad-hoc HR activities, such as employee training and development, personnel administration, and industrial relations.
5. Process HR data using Ms. Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in HR.
2. Understands recruitment process, payroll, PPh 21 tax calculation, and employee database.
3. Experienced in resolving industrial relations issues.
4. Proficient in using Ms. Excel/Google Sheets for data processing.
5. Possesses good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
6. Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Has a positive and proactive attitude.
