Job Description:

• Identifying marketing plan to create social media strategy that align with business goals

• Develop and crafting engaging social media content and work closely with creative team

• Set specific objective/KPI for social media activities, such as target followers, profile visit, ER%, Clicks.

• Monitoring day to day social media content and give suggestion to improve

• Using social media tools to create daily/weekly/monthly reporting

• Research on current benchmark trends and suggest new features or activities to increase brand awareness & brand consideration.

• Lead social media team & develop the team to be a reliable team member

Requirements:

• 3-4 years working experience in social media

• Experienced in Beauty Industry is a plus

• Hands on experience in content development and social media management.

• Excellent copywriting

• Ability to deliver engaging and interactive content Ar

• Knowledge of online marketing channels

• Excellent communication skills

• Up to date with current technologies
