Job Description

• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and enhance our employee value proposition and employer brand across various channels.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events and initiatives to boost company awareness.
• Implement employer branding and talent acquisition best practices.
• Develop metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and employer branding efforts.
• Work closely with HR and management to identify future hiring needs and ensure alignment with the company's growth objectives.

Requirements

• At minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates selection methods. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using social media, job boards, and professional networks for recruiting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team.
• Experience with employer branding initiatives and crafting compelling narratives around company culture and values.
