Job Description

1. Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on cold storage refrigeration systems for optimal performance.
2. Monitor temperature and environmental conditions in the cold storage and record data for quality control.
3. Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and automatic control devices in the cold storage.
4. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the cold storage according to food safety standards.
5. Provide regular reports on cold storage condition and maintenance to management.
6. Coordinate with operations team for efficient product distribution and storage.
7. Adhere to workplace safety procedures and emergency protocols.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Diploma or certification in refrigeration engineering.
2. At least 2 years of experience in cold storage maintenance.
3. Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical equipment.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
6. Detail-oriented and responsible.
7. Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety is a plus.
8. Willingness to work in cold environments and flexible with shifts.
