Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree from Architect
- Having min. 1 year experience in similar industry (Mall) / Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
- Skill: Auto-CAD and Ms.Office
- Work Location : Pakuwon Mall Bekasi

Job Description:
- Introduce guidelines for tenant relations in the mall.
- Issue work permits for tenant activities and ensure paperwork is complete.
- Supervise installation of branding, signage, and promotional displays.
- Handle tenant complaints and requests.
- Promote tenant involvement in promotional activities and branding.
- Controlling tenant’s shopfront estetic
- Controlling tenant’s overspill area
